Standard Ground delivery normally takes from 5 to 7 full business days except for Arizona deliveries which normally take from 3 to 5 full business days.  Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed.  Please allow 2-3 full business days for your item to be located, packaged and shipped.  Your item will be shipped once your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified.  Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, outside of the United States, and in some cases APO/FPO address.  You will receive an email once your item is shipped.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.     

Backordered items are all shipped standard ground delivery when they become available.  If you select an expedited ship method during the checkout process, only in-stock items will be expedited.  If your item(s) are on backorder you will be notified by email or phone within 24-48 hours of your order.

Special Order Items:

Special order items require some additional time before they can be shipped; expect an adjustment time of 2-3 weeks. Your special order item will be shipped once your item is ready, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.  You will be notified of the status of your special order item by email or phone.

Oversized Items:

Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, oversized items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most oversized items leave the warehouse within 7 full business days. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.  Please call 623-537-3374 or email dave@cleatsinc.com for special pricing.

Most items on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Some items are either temporarily out-of-stock, are not available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer, or are special order items.
