Cleats, Inc. will gladly accept your returns or exchanges.  All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. 

Items being returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition and in original packaging with all tags attached.

A refund or store credit will be issued after the returned product is inspected.  Shipping and handling will not be credited.

All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original receipt and order number is needed to obtain a return authorization number.
